Bread Machine Aluminum Handle

Material:Aluminum Alloy Die Casting
Application:Home Appliances
Secondary Process:Polishing / Tapping
Surface Treatment:Electroplating
Lead Time:10-15 days
Advantages: 1. Handle and mounting base are die cast as one piece, removing welding and secondary assembly; the rounded grip stays comfortable in long-term use. 2. Die temperature and holding pressure are set section by section across the thick-to-thin transition, so porosity and distortion are solved at the tooling stage and the mating face assembles without rework. 3. Polishing and degreasing before plating give an even, fingerprint-resistant coating with pitting kept within an acceptable range.
Product Overview
Die cast aluminum handle for bread machine doors and lids. The handle and mounting base are cast as one piece, with a rounded grip section and pre-cast screw holes plus locating steps. The electroplated finish must be free of pitting and runs, smooth to the touch and comfortable to hold.
Typical Applications
Door handles and control handles on bread machines, dough mixers, ovens and air fryers; also used on coffee machines and water dispensers where a heat-insulated, presentable die cast part is required.
Manufacturing Capability
The difficulty with handle parts is the wall transition: the grip section is thin while the mounting base has to be thick, and shrinkage porosity and distortion appear first at the heavy junction. Gate position, die temperature and holding pressure are set section by section; mounting holes and mating faces are held by the tooling itself, so the parts only need polishing and tapping afterwards. Surface treatment can be electroplating, electrophoresis (E-coating) or baking paint, with colour samples approved before mass production.
Why Choose Xiuhui
Two places fail most often: porosity at the thick-to-thin transition, and pitting on the plated surface. Control those two and the part assembles without rework while the grip keeps a consistent feel.
