Order status, end to end
One list holds the due date, shipment status, part, quantity and amount, next to the shipped and open quantities. Which batch leaves when, how much has gone and how much is still running: all on one screen.

Stock counted by process stage
Inventory is not a single number per part. Each in-process quantity is recorded against its own process stage and warehouse location, so the volume finished at polishing, finished at tapping, or already moved into surface treatment can be read separately, at any time.

Yield tracked batch by batch
Full inspection results are logged per batch, and first-pass yield is plotted as a trend line. When one batch dips, it shows up the same day instead of in a month-end summary.

How the data stays current
Each stage is recorded on the floor as it happens, so the numbers refresh with the work in progress rather than in a month-end summary. The system runs in Chinese, and any view we share has customer details removed.
