Product Overview
A magnetic ring embedded in the bracket snaps onto the back of the phone, a clamp at the bottom grips the stick, and a pivot in the middle adjusts the tilt. The thinnest wall sits on the inner side of the ring at 0.7 mm — thin enough to leave room for the magnet assembly, yet engineered to release from the mold without ejector-pin distortion.
Typical Applications
Selfie sticks, tripods, desktop live-stream stands and fill-light arms — holding phones, action cameras and small lights. The magnetic mount snaps on and off in a second, so switching devices never means re-adjusting a clamp.
Manufacturing Capability
The 0.7 mm thin wall is solved at the mold: the parting line follows the ring’s centerline, and ejection is moved away from the thin-wall zone to the pivot seat and clamp-arm root, with pin diameter and stroke tuned together. Pivot holes are held within ±0.04 mm after die casting.
Why Xiuhui Precision
Two challenges decide this part — thin-ring ejection distortion is a mold problem, pivot-hole consistency is a process problem. Once both are locked down, magnets drop in without rework and the bracket mounts on the stick without shimming.
